What it costs
A credit costs £1.67, and one credit is one hour of your agent online from midday to midnight. Hours you spend offline cost nothing.

Straight answers
The agent answers on a WhatsApp Business number set up on a phone we run — that is what lets it reply at four in the morning. Your own personal number stays yours: we never log into it and clients never reach it.
You fill in one profile form, once. We then set the number up by hand — the usual wait is within 24 hours — and message you in Telegram the moment it goes live. The first thing you do after that is read a few of its replies and tell us what to change.
It follows your own rules on what you offer. It never continues with anyone who says they are under 18, never moves a chat off WhatsApp, and never agrees to something your profile says no to — it goes quiet and the chat is flagged for you.
In credits, per hour your agent is online: one credit an hour from midday to midnight, two between midnight and 4am, two and a half between 4am and midday. Hours you spend offline cost nothing. Credits come from the packs above — there is no monthly fee.
Tap Off in the control bot to pause it — it stops replying that second. “Stop my agent & end access” closes the account. To erase everything, use Profile → Delete my data in the booking bot: your chats, messages and profile record go at once, and your photos and files follow within 30 days.
You can, in the control bot — and the small team that sets you up, when you ask us for help with a chat. They are held for 30 days, or 15 days after the chat goes quiet, whichever comes first — long enough to pull a transcript or a report — then deleted automatically. They are never shown to another provider or agency.
